Meet Holly and Danielle--two friends with a passion for holistic health, balanced living, and creating a happy and simple lifestyle. Both ladies have studied various health modalities extensively including acupuncture, nutritional therapy, psychology, and physical techniques such as yoga and personal training.
Their lightbulb moment came when they decided to combine all of their knowledge together into a manageable and affordable online course. Participating in any one of their specialized fields for a whole year would without a doubt break the bank for most people. When you put it together in an intrinsically guided, self motivated course allows people to take this at their own pace and go as quickly or as slowly through the material as is needed.
Both girls care so much about helping you gain ownership over your life so that when symptoms arise in your body, you know what to do to fix them. This is a foundational course that will help you begin to understand how to do just that.
Holly is a licensed acupuncturist, a yoga instructor, and an anxiety coach. Danielle is a certified nutritional therapist, a personal trainer, and a health coach.
